Modal M is an active member of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) and sponsors the Society of Property Researchers (Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung – gif e.V.). The company has also been working together with the Faculty of Architecture at OTH Regensburg since 2014.
