Montecito Restaurant is a modern restaurant collaboration between Hollywood director Ivan Reitman and Toronto-based Innov8 Hospitality. The vision for Montecito has been from the beginning to create an environment that captivates a wide audience and brings them together in an exceptional space.
Like its Southern California namesake, Montecito combines a casual elegance with effortless sophistication in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District. The two-storey dining room, lounge and outdoor Adelaide Street-facing patio is located steps away from film festival headquarters at TIFF Bell Lightbox.
The restaurants’ Farm-To-Table inspired California cuisine menu changes weekly and highlights the very best in Canadian produce, meats, and seafood from both local purveyors as well as notable Canadian suppliers from coast to coast. Our bar features classic as well as craft cocktails using the finest in artisan spirits, mixers and seasonal fruits and vegetables. Our comprehensive wine list highlights producers and artisan winemakers from afar.
Montecito Restaurant is pleased to offer private event and dining experiences for groups of all sizes: from an intimate party of 8, to a large celebration of 350* guests throughout the entire restaurant space. Our Events Manager will guide you through all of the possibilities our restaurant can offer – such as our family style menu selections to wine pairings and floral arrangements (and anything in between) - allowing for a personalized private dining experience that you and your guests will never forget.
