This workshop can be completed by telephone or face to face. The interview would typically be conducted with the principle or controlled function within the firm. Our workshop will review all aspects of your business in relation to risk with over 100 questions asked on the day.
We replicate lender reviews and attempt to identify concerns that could threaten lender relationships. We explain why lenders choose firms and individuals, how the research and what is expected from lenders in a safe environment. Key controls include, governance & controls, processes and procedures, sales process, training & competence, recruitment, complaints, media, and other associated risks.
