Interest payments are received by the investors monthly. Many of our investors choose to reinvest their interest income monthly and earn a slightly higher return.
Our investors enjoy the ability to invest via registered funds such as Registered Retirement Savings Plans, Tax Free Savings Accounts and more, as well as cash accounts. Your investment is spread across the entire pool of mortgages.
Borrowers pay monthly and the net interest income is received by the investors. This allows our investors to have a hands-free approach to real estate investing.
Nest Capital MIC originates all of its mortgage applications through licensed mortgage agents and brokers and secured on title by our real estate lawyers.
