KAIZEN RETREAT: Kaizen Retreat is for anyone who is above the age 16yrs. With customized modules for different cadre of adults from different streams of life, Kaizen Retreat offers unique solutions to tackle one’s struggles of life.
The programs are majorly based on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic programming), Yoga & Meditation, Soft Skills and Psychology. We also offer these programs for corporates and groups at offsite locations where being close to nature aids in finding inner-self.
HABEAT: As the name suggests we promote good eating habits. We cater an array of healthy super foods which has various health benefits including antioxidant rich, Omega 3 & 6, Multi Nutrient and many more which aids in keeping your body healthy.
