MyVitae gives team leaders a tool to help coach and develop their team and ensure they remain engaged and continually improve. MyVitae also helps individuals think clearly about their long term goals, in their career and life, maps those into a visual format and then creates a clear development path. Once this is understood they can add relevant development activities to achieve this with the support of their manager and mentors. We have built a product to test our process with sales people in mind, but we have big plans where we would like to take the product with a much wider application. We are looking for sales team managers and people who work in sales to become testers. Anyone who becomes a tester will get to use MyVitae free for life.
