The N4IT Method: Development in Four Phases (normally 6 months).

be made that could break the system. The focus is on performance improvements, setting up alerts and dashboards for monitoring, and
implementing test automation. The platform should now be reliable, fast
and user-friendly.
4. Knowledge Transfer (Period 4): In the final phase, we prepare your team to take over the complete management and further development of the platform. This period includes knowledge transfer, joint solution sessions, and coaching and training of your staff to ensure the sustainability of the application internally remains guaranteed.
