NAKO Modular is a family run real estate development firm, founded in 2023 by brother and sister Naikee and Rusna Kohli. NAKO is a new, innovative company but part of a mature and established group run by the same family, with expertise in transportation, logistics and hospitality.
There are two arms to NAKO’s business - Residences by NAKO which builds modern and sustainable primary family homes and Retreats by NAKO which creates wellness-focused destinations and landscape hotels.
