Nano Engineered Applications, Inc.TM (NEA) is an ieCrowdTM Company established to commercialize patented and patent-pending sensor technologies based on nanomaterials that can detect airborne gases at the parts-per-billion (ppb) level. Funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Center for Nanoscience Innovation for Defense (CNID), Defense MicroElectronics Activity (DMEA) and other sources was used for research relating to this technology prior to NEA obtaining the license.
