Standart deney ve kontrollerinden sonra, tam donanımlı A tipi laboratuvarda yoğun ve titiz çalışmalar sonucunda işlenebilirlik, hava içeriği, slump kontrolü, birim ağırlık, sıcaklık kontrolü ve 7, 28 günlük sonuçları itibari ile TSE kabul kriterlerini sağlayan tasarımlar, sisteme kalite kontrol ve tesis yönetimince kaydedildikten sonra piyasaya arz edilmektedir.
Nehir Beton ’da kalite kontrol birimince agregalardan günlük numune alınarak rutubet tayini yapılmakta ve bu değerler sisteme kaydedilmektedir. Beton santrali, üretimde bu rutubet değerlerine göre su düzeltmesini otomatik olarak yapar.
Ayrıca; kalite planı ve TSE standardı gereğince her sınıf beton için günlük taze beton deneyleri yapılır ve kaydedilir.
