My business name reflects my background and what I'd like to deliver for my clients. First of all, a little about me and my background in coaching. I am a personal and business (life) coach. I trained with Barefoot Coaching Limited. I am currently working towards my accreditation the International Coaching Federation and a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Business Coaching with Chester University. My aim is to enable clients to see more clearly, in a vibrant, vivacious and fun way. Often, we talk about a light at the end of the tunnel, I want to help clients see the light within and during the journey. I wanted to have the theme of Chemistry in the name of my new venture because it was one of my first passions. This quote by Carl Jung is one my favourites from my Personal and Business Coaching Course: "The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances: if there is any reaction, both are transformed." 🧪 In coaching, the client and coach create a dynamic relationship, built on trust and support. A core belief in my coaching practice is that every client has value, beauty and is the expert on their own life. Our sessions catalyse their ability to articulate, envision and action their goals. In turn, I have the privilege of standing alongside them and adventuring with them on their journey. My hope as coach is to support my clients to find their tokens and sources of strength. These may come in the form of strong images such as a lioness, for example. However, these may be quotes that resonate, feelings evoked, even pieces of music that inspire. What I love about coaching is the moments of wonder when a client discovers a gem of truth hidden within their own story; this in turn enables them to take action where they once felt under resourced.
