3) What we do?
We offer years of experience in assisting clients from the beginning. We help with positioning your company for investors by preparing marketing materials, building financial models for capital raising and providing full support during the negotiations of terms on behalf of the client. We offer several packages for you to select from, depending on your needs
There are several packages we prepared for you:
PACKAGE 1 - Teaser preparation
We will prepare short presentation to start marketing process (usually 4-5 slides)
PACKAGE 2 - Teaser and financial model
We will prepare financial model alongside teaser so you can understand preliminary valuation and how investors will value the firm
PACKAGE 3 - Teaser, financial model and investment memorandum
In addition to short presentation and financial model, we will prepare a longer presentation (60-90 slides) with full description of the company, history, etc.
PACKAGE 4 - Full support from the beginning of the process and raising capital from investors. After extensive and first-hand industry experience, we’ve come to know how investors think. Leave it to us to assist you during the entire capital raising process.
