The Integrative Nurse Coach® Academy (INCA) is the academic & professional home for nurses who bring coaching skills & whole-person wellness into healthcare—local to global. Who We Are
INCA is an Accredited Provider of Nursing Continuing Professional Development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Our programs help nurses expand their scope of impact—combining clinical expertise, therapeutic presence, and coaching competencies to create meaningful change in patient outcomes and in nurses’ own professional fulfillment.
What We Offer
• Integrative Nurse Coach® Certificate Program—our flagship training that prepares nurses for board certification (NC-BC).
• Specialty programs in areas such as mindfulness, hypnosis, homeopathy, end-of-life care, functional medicine for nurses/functional nursing and nutrition for nurses.
• Continuing education and professional development for nurses seeking to integrate holistic and lifestyle approaches into all settings of care.
