The New York Compensation Association is a professional development and networking organization for compensation and total rewards practitioners in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Membership is open to professionals who are engaged in the design, establishment, execution, consultation, administration or management of compensation and/or benefits programs. We are a Tier 3 WorldatWork Affiliate.
We put on content-rich programming in virtual and in-person sessions, and host several in-person networking events annually. We have two flexible paid membership options, and are also open to sponsorship opportunities from organizations.
