One Real Estate was established by two British expats, Gareth Pierce and Antonio Le Pore, both of whom are extremely experienced property professionals.
The company was setup to provide its clients with a pragmatic and professional service in an ever changing real estate market. Our aim is to provide unparalleled customer care, fully adhering to the new regulatory frameworks which are being employed in the UAE Real Estate Market. We felt that there was a niche in the Dubai property market for an estate agency which tenders to each customer’s individual needs and acts with honesty, integrity, transparency and above all in an ethical manner.

And our conveniently located office on Sheikh Zayed Road is a great place to start if you need advice on buying, selling or renting a property.
