We do not teach people to be black belts in an art form that takes decades to master, our seminars and drop-in sessions are designed to give you a basic set of skills that work, can be learnt quickly and are effective against larger and stronger attackers.
Employers have a legal obligation to keep their staff safe from harm. Under the Health and Safety Act 1974, you must review your policy and practice to ensure that staff are kept safe, both in and away from the office. Our training can be delivered as part of your company Health and Safety training package and tailored to your needs; it can be non-contact, awareness-based presentation delivered at your location, a presentation leading to basic techniques through to ways to safely enter your car and home. We also provide longer courses, half day, full day or split courses, increasing learning and confidence over longer periods such as an hour a week delivered at your location.
CPD for door supervisors and stewards - scaleable techniques to help staff safely remove people from the premises without causing injury to them. Self-defense techniques for staff going off duty. Everyone deserves to get home safe.
We also offer bespoke courses and one off training sessions for clubs and youth organisations.
