After spending almost 19 years working for Davitt Corporate Partners, a leading Corporate and Business Psychology firm based in Dublin, Ireland, Covid-19 happened.
Problems and challenges present opportunities. I wouldn’t even attempt to guess how many times I have said this, or similar, in coaching sessions, or how many times I have written it in a report. What sort of person are you if you cannot follow you’re own advice? I don’t know is the honest answer, but I knew I had to try it.
Covid-19 certainly presented the world with massive problems and challenges – you know what happened, you were there. Like most people, I was stuck working from home. Long story short, I decided to take the opportunity presented by the situation I was in and start my own company. My timing is questionable, but if you wait for the perfect moment, it will never happen. So, in the middle of a global pandemic, Organisational Solutions was born.
It’s mission to help organisations of any type and size, in every industry sectors, to use the significant and permanent change in the workplace to their advantage.
