OSU-NU SAFE is an exciting initiative to enhance food security, support local livelihoods, contribute to the Feed Salone agenda, and promote sustainable aquaculture across Sierra Leone. The OSU-NU Sustainable Agriculture for Food Empowerment project, supported by the Milburn Foundation, is a dynamic collaboration between Njala University and Oklahoma State University aimed at producing 30 tons of fish annually over the next five years.
