Outerbridge Consulting (OC) provides a range of confidential individual and group consulting services, including executive coaching, career strategy, counselling, and learning and development:
EXECUTIVE COACHING: flexible, client-focused coaching on topics including imposter syndrome, confidence, managing up, executive presence, management skills, and leadership. These services are delivered in accordance with the International Coaching Federation's code of ethics.

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT: Howie’s skills, honed through over 25 years of pan-industry facilitation and curriculum development experience, help organizations grow and develop their people in a variety of areas. Areas of expertise include communication, coaching, and personal and professional development.
