災後心理輔導協會(下稱PCCN)是一個於香港註冊的國際心理救援組織，除了是聯合國人道救援組織註冊機構（Humanitarian Response & MHPSS)外，曾於日本（岩手、福島及熊本地震）、尼泊爾地震、菲律賓風災、泰國水災、柬埔寨、四川（汶川、雅安及九寨溝地震）、雲南地震、青海玉樹地震、甘肅泥石流、天津氣爆、深圳塌泥、台灣（小林村風災、高雄氣爆及台南地震）等20個大型災區提供心理救援服務，受惠人數已超過1000萬人，而治療康服率達97%，2016年成為聯合國亞太地區心理救援的主要代表。PCCN提供一個非物質的救災平台，為世界上任何一個天然的大災難發生後，第一時間提供心理輔導及關心給有關的受災者,以及提供「災後心理輔導員證書課程」這普及而專業的訓練課程，按照聯合國的心理救援指南而設計，培訓一般市民成為災區專業輔導及治療員；此外，於香港及世界各地傳媒及社區，開辦新聞發佈會及講座，提高香港市民對世界各地的大型天災後災民的心理輔導支援的迫切性及了解，使香港市民明白到大約有3分之1的災後生存者，在物質足夠之下，仍因為親人/好友遇難或因每晚回憶災難時的情景長期失眠，而會自殺或有自殺的念頭。（詳情請參考 www.pccnhk.org )
