• Design, implementation & transformation of the Commercial team in a £400m wholesale & distribution business from individual functions to a fully cross-functional Category Management approach encompassing the Product, Purchasing, Inventory, Quality, Digital Content and Pricing functions
• 6 month Interim assignment in newly created role of Global Head of Category Management (c.80 people), delivering +3% Gross Profit growth in first full quarter after consistent declines in previous 5 quarters
• 6 week review of Own Brand performance and enhancement, recommendations to the Board on strategy & plans to increase Own Brand share to drive margins
