It was born from the natural hospitality of the Lands of Minas Gerais, the characteristically "mineiro" pleasure of welcoming each visitor with love, and of awakening their joy by treating them with courtesy, elegance and simplicity. It aims to advise Foreigners who come to live in Brazil, as well as Brazilians in the process of change, to support the structuring of a new life, in a gentle, simple and uncomplicated way, acting as a "Dream Facilitator", creating a bridge between the Customer and the desired Service, through a "premium" service and a personalized program that aims to meet their needs to adapt to a new reality, besides offering SECURITY, TRANQUILITY and COSINESS to their first days in a new Country, in a new city. It offers 2 main “Services & Specialties Portfolio”, and all starts with the planning of a “Life’s Project” to identify the desires of the Customer. This applies both for a change of country, or city within the country itself, as for a trip abroad and serves both Brazilians & Foreigners Customers. In general, the first “Services & Specialties Portfolio“ include planning for accommodation, food, health, documentation, transportation, education. And the second include planning of personal stylist service, legal advice, creating new businesses, shopping, leisure, culture & tourism, finance, meetings and events, entertainment and recreation, and visitor information. The Portfolio is defined by the Customer’s desires, and is not limited to the Services & Specialties mentioned above. It can act in the management of the Project as a whole and, if the Customer wishes, can also personally accompany the Customer in some or all stages of the execution.
