Phoenix Spree has been supported by Property Advisor PMM Group since its inception. PMM has a wealth of experience in real estate, corporate finance, investment funds and capital markets. It advises on the management activities in relation to the real estate assets in the Portfolio, which include:
- advice on acquisitions and disposals;
- preparation of business plans;
- supervision of property renovations;
- initiation of bank finance;
- review of tenant selection; and
- oversight of property managers.
PMM has offices in London and Berlin and Jörg Schwagenscheidt, previously Chief Operating Officer and Board member of GSW Immobilien, Berlin’s largest residential property company, was appointed Chief Executive of PMM Partners Germany GmbH in June 2015.
