We realise the importance of collaboration and participation in implementing sustainable change, and our approach to development ensures we leave only a positive impact on the lives of the local people with whom we work. We invite you to contact us, and take up the opportunity to be part of something incredible. AREAS OF WORK HIV/AIDS: Positive Aid tests and counsels people so they may know their HIV status. We provide first aid to the sick, connect them to treatment, and promote awareness while fighting stigma for stronger, more unified communities. HEALTH LITERACY: We use microscopes and other tools to teach communities about germs, water and sanitation, and the advantages of mosquito nets. The basics of western medicine are shared using local language, in ways that everyone can engage with, and enjoy. MATERNAL/CHILD HEALTH: We provide delivery kits and transport for safe birthing at health facilities; pregnancy clubs that share vital information and referrals; promotion of antenatal clinics, and support in breastfeeding.
