Pressing Matters has been producing premium Tasmanian wine since 2006. We
focus on noble varieties well suited to the cool climate of the Coal River Valley. The original Pressing Matters vineyard of 7.5 ha has expanded to 10 ha of mature vines most of which is dedicated to Riesling and Pinot Noir, and 7.5 ha on the
adjacent historic Morningside Vineyard whose plantings consist of old vine Pinot Noir (40 yo), Cabernet, Riesling, including a newly established 5 ha of Chardonnay.
