Jascha Preuss focuses his practice on cross-border and domestic corporate, commercial and credit transactions. Prior to founding Reiss+Preuss LLP, Jascha was associated with Wuersch & Gering LLP, focusing on cross-border corporate transactions and litigation, Mayer Brown LLP in New York, where he practiced in the Finance and Latin America Groups, and Thelen Reid & Priest LLP in New York, where he practiced international litigation and arbitration.
Before relocating to the United States, Jascha practiced with Wenger Plattner in Zurich, Switzerland, and clerked for the District Court of Zurich and the Claims Resolution Tribunal for Dormant Accounts in Switzerland. Jascha started his career as a research fellow and junior lecturer at Humboldt-University in Berlin.
