According to the French decree of March 22, 2019 specifying the technical procedures for the execution of design missions entrusted by public clients to private providers: 'Synthesis studies aim to ensure spatial coherence of the building elements of all kinds during the execution studies phase, in compliance with architectural, technical, operational, and maintenance provisions of the project. These synthesis studies are reflected in synthesis plans that represent, at the level of execution detail, on the same document, the layout of the building elements, equipment, and installations."
Architectural Synthesis originates from the experience gained from large building sites, particularly the issues related to insufficient coordination among different trades. Drawing on this experience, its mission is to facilitate the cohesion of all execution studies for architectural works. Its objective is to serve the interests of the project and the company by eliminating the risks of dysfunction due to interface management in the project.
Therefore, its main mission is to anticipate, inform, and ensure the link between all execution studies at all levels.
