“ What is the synthesis in the framework of building construction? According to the French decree of March 22, 2019 specifying the technical procedures for the execution of design missions entrusted by public clients to private providers: 'Synthesis studies aim to ensure spatial coherence of the building elements of all kinds during the execution studies phase, in compliance with architectural, technical, operational, and maintenance provisions of the project. These synthesis studies are reflected in synthesis plans that represent, at the level of execution detail, on the same document, the layout of the building elements, equipment, and installations." Architectural Synthesis originates from the experience gained from large building sites, particularly the issues related to insufficient coordination among different trades. Drawing on this experience, its mission is to facilitate the cohesion of all execution studies for architectural works. Its objective is to serve the interests of the project and the company by eliminating the risks of dysfunction due to interface management in the project. Therefore, its main mission is to anticipate, inform, and ensure the link between all execution studies at all levels. PROJEA gathers the necessary experience and knowledge for a comprehensive and clear understanding and of all works to be executed. The architectural synthesis missions carried out by PROJEA are conducted by experienced technical architects who have hands-on experience in all fields as well as expertise in construction norms and regulations. Since its establishment in 2015, PROJEA has been entrusted with several major projects with a specific mission: orchestrating architectural synthesis for coordinated execution. Thus, our maturity in construction, attention to detail, and holistic vision enable us to meet the challenges of diverse and complex projects.
