Project Kamakhya is a student led initiative by Saina Sarin which aims to advocate and spread awareness about menstrual hygiene and sustainable menstruation for underprivileged adolescent girls and women. They have collaborated with the Child Welfare Committee of Haryana under the Juvenile Justice Board of India to help aid the sustainable menstrual needs of girls and women and have also worked with the CSR wing of the leading automobile company of Honda.
