The Fund is ideally positioned for value-added repositioning by enhancing the physical asset through renovations and creating value through operational improvements. Pythagorean Value Added Hotel Investors II Ltd offers high net worth and institutional investors the ability to obtain attractive real estate returns with significant downside protection and it accomplishes that with a low fee structure and with institutional investment managers with a very experienced team of construction managers/developers.
The Executive Directors of the Fund and internal teams are responsible for all operational matters relating to the fund, including marketing; administration; compliance; reporting; sourcing and selection of hotel assets; negotiation of all matters relating to each; and oversight of the investment portfolios, including but not limited to asset repositioning and disposition. The Fund retains independent fund administrative, tax and auditing firms, who provide its investors with timely reporting and other services.
