Radicle Root Collective provides training, consulting, and coaching services to organizations to support them in organizational healing and transformation.
Our work is rooted in a racial equity and trauma-informed lens – we conceptualize white supremacy culture and ideology as a toxin that permeates every facet of our society and is embedded in the soil of all our institutions. We build our partners’ capacity to heal the wounds of White supremacy and transform their practices from the inside out.
RRC is explicitly multi-sector; we provide services to nonprofits, mission-driven businesses, and government entities. RRC has locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and in the Detroit Metro area. Our services are offered virtually and in person nationwide.
We offer both short-term and long-term service partnerships. We categorize our partnerships into three types: Seed, Root, and Soil
