Rayleigh & Ramsay is een speeltuin voor de liefhebber die veel van wijnen weet, maar ook voor de leek die net begint met het ontdekken van het druivennat. Er is voor elk wat wils, dus ook voor de ervaren drinker die op zoek is naar een wat complexere uitdaging. Bij Rayleigh & Ramsay is ook ruimte gemaakt voor verdomd goede koffie, een lekker tapbiertje en verschillende cocktails. Het bestellen hiervan gaat gewoon via die leuke bar-man/vrouw.
Begin 2017 opende Rayleigh & Ramsay haar eerste vestiging op de Overtoom en begin april 2018 haar tweede op de Van Woustraat, beide in Amsterdam. In een laagdrempelige en ontspannen café setting bieden wij 100+ wijnen per glas aan middels een 10-tal wijndispensers. De persoonlijke wijnkaart waarmee de gast zelf zijn wijn kan tappen maakt de zaak uniek in zijn soort. Een open sfeer en plek waarbij iedereen zelf de keuze kan maken om bier, koffie, cocktails of wijn te drinken. Naast al dit lekkers natuurlijk ook goede lunch, borrel en diner in de avond. Wijn drinken in een café met niet te veel geklets over de wijn maar het zelf ontdekken. Waarbij je de wijn waar je helemaal gek van bent ook kunt bestellen via de Rayleigh & Ramsay webshop; we brengen het ook nog bij je thuis!
