Re-Evolve is named after an ability to evolve newly, taking from our strongest points, un-learning what doesn't help us, and those around us, and re-learning what does. It gives one the opportunity to access life more authentically.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy services on the same principles. It takes into consideration individual strengths and weaknesses, curated due to society, conditioning, privilege and accessibility, to help one navigate life.
