Our commitment to local sourcing and creative flavor discovery sets our cuisine apart. RE-NAA operates on a 100% local sourcing policy: we build our menu entirely from the bounty of Rogaland.
A dedicated team of foragers and farmers gathers wild herbs, berries, mushrooms, and seaweeds, and we work closely with local fishermen and growers.
