Rebalancing is een lichaamsgerichte benadering die leidt tot meer zelfinzicht. Rebalancing helpt om van een staat van denken naar bewust voelen te gaan en van voelen naar Zijn. Door bewust aanwezig te zijn in het lichaam – en het denken slechts als dienend instrument te gebruiken – wordt iedere ervaring in het lichaam een opening naar de innerlijke wereld, naar zelfinzicht en vrijheid.
Rebalancing is het begrijpen en ervaren van je wezen als een organisch geheel: fysiek, mentaal, emotioneel en spiritueel. Tijdens de opleiding wordt de student dan ook via verschillende methodes handvatten geboden om zichzelf te onderzoeken en bewust te worden van zijn of haar persoonlijke proces.
Rebalancing Lichaamswerk: De ingang bij Rebalancing is het lichaam. Het maakt een groot verschil of je de wereld bekijkt vanuit een gespannen lichaam, waarmee je problemen wilt oplossen, of vanuit een levendig en ontspannen lichaam, waarmee het leven een avontuur kan zijn. In de opleiding werken we naast het aanraken met ademwerk, actieve (met veel beweging) meditaties, dans, yoga, of andere lichaamsgerichte oefeningen.
