An experienced, passionate recruitment trainer who has been training people in the recruitment industry since 1997 from new starters through to business owners.
Over 8,500 people in recruitment have benefited from my training providing the skills needed to build successful desks, businesses and manage people/teams teams effectively. My client reach extends to 16 countries, covering a wide variety of market specialisations and levels of recruitment. Some of the people I've trained as 'rookie' consultants are now successful business owners and also my clients.
I offer a range of courses to suit your business needs from induction programmes through to management/leadership courses. As a certified NLP Practitioner, another dimension is added to my training and when in 1 to 1 situations.
All programmes are tailored to your brand, language, ethos and needs as this helps with the transition from 'classroom' to 'desk' as well as easier implementation. This involves working closely with the management team to ensure actions from the training are implemented and that momentum is maintained post training events.
