Part of her time at Starcom was leading the technical operations team who led the evaluation and implementation of technology (data management platforms, ad-servers, tag management systems, verification and more). She also spent numerous years on the technology side at both an ad-server (PointRoll - purchased by Sizmek) and DSP/DMP/Analytics company (Turn - purchased by Amobee). At Turn, she lead a team of global sales engineers who were the consultative overlay for the entire sales organization and provided technology know-how for clients. All of this has led to starting Refine and providing sales engineering resources and consulting to help companies stand apart in this constantly evolving marketplace.
