Goals
• Accessibility of victims, people in need, and affected communities to humanitarian assistance is ensured for water and sanitation, shelter, nutrition, food security, food and non-food items and education.
• Resilience, coping and adaptive capacity of communities against hazards, emergencies, impacts of climate change and environmental crises is built through preventive measures like DRR/DRM and adaptation.
• Sustainable agriculture-livestock-relied livelihood options for people and communities strengthened and promoted through irrigation, forestry and reforestation, medicinal plants protection, farming, horticulture, watershed management, and transfer of climate resilient agricultural technologies.
