Resilience from Within (RFW) is a locally-led nonprofit organization based in Gulu, Northern Uganda, focused on empowering women and youth through transformative, mindfulness-based entrepreneurship training. Our mission is to build inner capacities to foster resilience and end poverty in post-conflict communities.
Through our pilot program, the Academy for Social Transformation (AST), we equip participants with essential business, financial literacy, and personal growth tools.
