Our Qualified Teachers We hire inspiring, encouraging, passionate and patient teachers who are models of excellent character. Those from overseas support and care for one another from the heart. They genuinely love children and respect cultures, without ranking any as superior. Our Work Environment & Programs Leadership training of FranklinCovey (although we do not share its founder's worldview), applied contextually, enriches our corporate culture. Our essentials are wholesome classrooms, modest class sizes, solid curriculum, and separate sessions with overseas/local English teachers. Overseas study tours and study placements inject real world motivation. We equip and certify teachers whose educational backgrounds need a boost via our online TESOL program. Please note: We thrive in a rigorously regulated region of China, where almost nothing is considered personal or private.
