The Road Construction and Technology Standard is a Geotechnical Engineering & Material Testing Branch within the Department of Works and consist of hard-working and highly skilled specialists with extensive experience in the Geotechnical and Material Testing Industry. Our head office is located within the DoW HQ 4-Mile, NCD however we have branches all over Papua New Guinea within the DoW Provincial Works Office.
