S&A Law is a Sydney-based boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property, corporate law, and litigation. Our team of experts helps clients protect and defend their commercial interests, from trademarks and patents to general legal counsel. We also have experience in NCAT.
Our commercial law strengths lie in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including confidentiality, material transfer, multi-site clinical trial, research collaboration, lease, licence and assignment agreements, and in providing general commercial advice. We have also had considerable experience dealing with aspects of M&A transactions, including undertaking due diligence enquiries, and in negotiating settlement of commercial disputes.
