• Discipline and Grievance – can provide one off support to companies chairing disciplinary hearings to ensure compliance with process and to coach managers in the decision-making process.
• Recruitment and Selection – providing solutions to companies to attract and retain the best talent through innovative approaches to recruitment and selection.
• Training and Development – facilitate training for managers to help manage attendance, discipline, grievance, conducting investigations and handling difficult conversations. Bespoke design and delivery also available.
