What I do:
Product Owner:
Support business representatives during their journey from vision and goal definition to feature definition, prioritization and realization.
Business and Functional Analysis:
Support Product Owner activities by ensuring software and business processes remain aligned while ensuring root causes of business problems are resolved rather than symptoms cured.
Scrum Master:
Nourish the “glue” that turns a collection of individuals into a team. Support the team in applying the processes and practices of Scrum and help the team in being the best they possibly can.
“Classic” Project Management:
Release planning and management (time, scope, resources), budget management, risk management, stakeholder communication and management.
Agile Coach:
Coach teams in adopting and improving lean/agile processes and practices.
