Mission:
As a network of Dutch healthcare institutions, SOFT tulip operates in Central and Eastern Europe to improve the quality of care for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, the elderly, and those with mental health conditions. SOFT tulip believes in empowering people with disabilities and their families, and advocates for inclusive policies and community-based services to ensure full citizenship and participation for individuals with disabilities and for children to grow up in family environments.
