Support
Development of methods of analysis, expert advice, methodological support of sales - this is one of our especial sides. The department of methodological support employs are the most qualified personnel, who have large experience in research and analytical laboratories, many of them have a degree of PhD.
Service
It isn’t possible to achieve consistently high sales results without a competent service support of the customers. To do this, we build our own service department, whose staff are regularly trained and certified with the manufacturers.
Promotion & Marketing
We promote products of our partners in our exhibition stands (we participate in all major exhibitions of the Russian Federation concerning research and analysis technologies)
We regularly participate in presentations at professional conferences and self-organize training seminars for the target audience.
