SPER, Jamia Hamdard comprises of the following Departments -
1. Department of Pharmaceutics - The Department provides two postgraduate courses: M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) and M. Pharm (Quality Assurance).
2. Department of Pharmacology - The Department provides two postgraduate courses: M. Pharm (Pharmacology) and M. Pharm (Pharmacy Practice).
3. Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry - The department provides two postgraduate courses: M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) and M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis).
4. Department of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry - The department offers PG courses: M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry) and M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Biotechnology).

To make our students industry ready, we have our homegrown initiative PharmaKon - Chrysalis of Knowledge brought to life under the aegis of our DEAN Prof. (Dr.)Farhan Jalees Ahmad and our honorary Coordinator Prof. (Dr.) Zeenat Iqbal.
