Treatment methods
The CyberKnife (CyberKnife G4) is an advanced radiosurgical system for the most effective and comfortable treatment of cancerous tumors. It allows a non-surgical treatment of tumors in places inaccessible for traditional surgery. It is used for radiosurgical treatment of benign and malignant tumors of any localization, in particular, brain and spinal cord tumors, tumors of vision organs, extracranial tumors, and lesions of parenchymatous organs, and also non-tumor diseases (trigeminal neuralgia, AVM, etc.).
Ultra-precise radiation therapy and electron therapy at the Spizhenko Clinic is performed on the Elekta Synergy linear gas pedal, which allows irradiating the tumor directly with photons, protecting healthy body tissues from high doses of ionizing radiation (IMRT technology)
