• Evaluations and selections of hardware and software product standards for contact centre infrastructure, wireless telephony solutions, PBX standards and interoperability and voice mail systems and systems upgrades;
• Preparation and evaluation of external services by directing the RFI, RFQ and/or RFP process for telephony infrastructure;
• Coordinating technical planning for corporate large-scale systems initiatives;
• Providing consultation and advice to senior management on technology alternatives and solutions for various telephony projects;
• Designing and coordinating the implementation of an enterprise-wide telephony architecture;
• Implement enterprise policies and standards related to telephony architecture;
• Communicate the approach for technology infrastructure to client IT staff, management, and project teams while participating in several committees on behalf of our customers.
