A startup community born in the heart of Algonquin College. Our goals are to foster startup innovations, organise hackathons, host best-practice workshops, participate in competitions, founder meetups, organise networking events to connect people within the community. The club is open to not only students of Algonquin College but any community member.
The club’s curriculum is modelled after Sam Altman’s “How To Start a Startup” series of lessons. We host frequent events at Algonquin College to tackle various aspects of the startup ecosystem and invite various expert guest speakers from the Ottawa community who present selected subject matter.
